Your support has been invaluable, as dealing with staff issues, is something I do not enjoy doing.

You listened to the employee concerns I had with long term sickness, and gave me helpful advice, which I followed along with the correct process. You also attended at my office to support me with the face to face meeting, took notes and suggested solutions on how to move forward.
