Retained HR Support
Farsight HR have created a range of Retained HR Support Packages, providing flexible, specialised, ongoing HR support. Our packages are suited to your particular business requirements and budget.
At Farsight HR, we understand that a lot of companies do not require a full time dedicated HR resource. However, due to the complexity and size of some businesses, we realise you may require an element of on-going HR support. All packages are designed to give you complete piece of mind and ensure you’re fully up to date and compliant with the latest employment laws and regulations.
We have 2 retained levels, we are your flexible HR department, you can use the time in person, by email, or by telephone or a mixture of all. Whatever works best for you and your business.
The benefits of this approach mean that you are able to accurately budget for your HR support services and you can also accrue unused hours in a given month, enabling you to ‘bank’ the time to be used for a specific project or a planned, large scale HR initiative. Any hours that remain unused in any one month are simply rolled over to the following and non are lost.
The type of things included in our retained service include:
- Provision of all the necessary HR processes, procedures and documentation needed to keep you legally compliant and running effectively.
- Management of all your HR administration, maintaining all your documents and records.
- Compiling and administering weekly / monthly payroll changes and liaising with payroll providers.
- An immediate response to any HR problems or issues.
But we are flexible and will adapt our ways of working to suit your business’s specific needs.
