An example of some of our Projects are:
Project: Redundancy Management Process – Due to a downturn within the industry a client needed to make a reluctant but necessary decision to make three of his employees redundant.
Result: Farsight HR were able to ensure the staff were made aware of the process, gave support and guidance to being successful with finding alternative employment and negotiated a satisfactory financial agreement between both parties. Due to the transparent, diligent and supportive redundancy process being followed, it ensured a smooth outcome and reduced stress and costs for all involved.
Project: To help reduce sickness levels within the warehouse. This was having a negative impact on levels of productivity and increasing stress and workloads for the stable workforce.
Result: Farsight HR were able to identify why the sickness levels were higher than before through introducing ‘Return to Work’ interview procedures and Health and Safety in the workplace assessments. Once this was carried out, we could identify reasons for absence and put things into place to resolve these issues. Staff were supported where needed, and duties were changed where possible to accommodate any health issues that may have developed over time. Both employer and employees benefited from creating a motivated and committed team and improving both the sickness levels and productivity.
