Meet The Team
Lisa is the owner and managing director of Farsight HR Consulting Ltd. Lisa has over 10 years experience in HR within both the public and private sectors and 6 years experience in Operations Management. Farsight HR has the ability to work with companies to understand their needs and to positively contribute to their short to long term goals. Lisa firmly believes HR is much more then quoting employment legislation and informing companies of the cost of getting it wrong. It is about adding value to a company through their people, who are their greatest asset. It’s essential to understand a company’s needs when offering advice and support; making sure it is the right fit for the business and providing options, not one size fits all.
In her spare time, as well as spending time with her son, Lisa loves nothing more than running and exercising, which sometimes includes competing in obstacle course races!
Tracy Stephen – HR Advisor
Tracy Stephen is the newest member of Farsight HR’s team. Joining in July 2022, Tracy brings with her over ten year’s experience in recruitment, management and running her own business Optimise Recruitment.
“HR has been something I have always been involved with on a small scale and I have had a good relationship with Lisa for a number of years. Working for a reputable independent company is my ideal environment. Providing flexibility and being part of the solution is something I have always focused on. I am really looking forward to being part of Farsight HR’s future and its success.”
Tracy loves to keep fit through various sports such as football, HIIT training and being active with her two dogs. In her spare time, she also volunteers for AFC Rushden & Diamonds Youth as the Club Welfare Officer.
Lisa produced and delivered a discrete piece of work for me, around recruitment, payroll administration and workforce information. She provided sound advice and effective challenge to my team and delivered the work on time to the required specification.
